Once the request is received and processed, you will receive a return email with an RMA#. RMAs are good only for thirty (30) days from date of issuance. Product received after this date will be returned. Product being returned must be packed in electrostatic bags for electrostatic devices, adequate packaging (foam inserts, peanuts, or bubble wrap) as well as industry standard packaging/boxes. Product must also be insured for the full amount of the invoice. All serial numbers of product being returned must match serial number(s) on the original invoice. Any and all product not on original invoice will be returned to customer. In all situations (unless product being returned was originally in error or was DOA) customer will assume responsibility for freight and insurance costs. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box as this will expedite processing.
